  • Your practitioner will ask about your skin type, current concerns, and the results you’d like to achieve, as well as your skincare routine, lifestyle factors, and any relevant medical or treatment history — so your treatment can be fully tailored to you and deliver the best possible results.

  • You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire covering any sensitivities, allergies, or relevant health conditions to ensure your treatment is safe and tailored to you.

  • Please contact the studio before booking so we can discuss your circumstances and advise on whether the treatment is suitable, or recommend the safest alternative options.

  • No, you don’t need to book a standalone consultation. Your consultation is built into your first session and takes place at the start of your appointment.

  • For best results, please attend your appointment without makeup. A cleanse is included at the start of your treatment, but arriving makeup-free allows more time for your procedure and ensures the best outcome.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not receive a refund.
